Services for British Columbia

To comply with the Wills, Estates and Succession Act (WESA) and BC Land Title Office requirements, the following documents typically require in-person attendance or “wet-ink” witnessing and are not offered on this platform:

Wills and Codicils: (Requires specific physical witnessing protocols).
Enduring Powers of Attorney: (Requires physical presence of the notary).
Representation Agreements: (Personal care and health-related planning).
Certified True Copies: We cannot certify a copy of an original document (like a passport) online because the law requires us to physically touch and inspect the original paper document.
Land Title Documents: Transfers of land or mortgages that must be filed with the BC Land Title and Survey Authority (LTSA).
