I need to reschedule: Per our [Terms and Conditions], you can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance via the link in your confirmation email.

My document was rejected: Please email our support team with the details. While we do not offer refunds, we can provide a statement of authority explaining the legality of BC Remote Commissioning to the receiving party.
